I created these 180 Days of School Ten Frames for my own classroom, and after receiving so many requests from teachers wanting a copy, I decided it was time to share them in a big way! Ten frames are one of my favorite tools for teaching early math because they help little learners see quantities instead of simply memorizing numbers. As students add one ten frame each day, they begin to recognize numbers, count objects, and understand how numbers are organized into groups of ten. And let’s be honest—kindergarten students love watching things grow! By the end of the school year, your little learners will have a visual representation of all 180 days of learning.
