All Little Learners need practice with CVC words. This I Spy CVC Word Work activity is engaging, challenging and fun! Not only will this set help students practice recognizing CVC words and write the CVC words, but will also help them with scanning and searching skills.
Each page has a picture scene with CVC words ‘hidden’ amongst the picture. Underneath the picture is a place for students to write the words that they find.
This activity is super simple to prep. You can choose to make copies and give to your students as that and use a writing utensil of choice. Another option is to laminate each page and students can use dry erase markers.
This I Spy activity can be used as independent work, partners or possibly even small group.
