Back to school is right around the corner. No matter how many years I have done this, it still makes my stomach do a few flips. Will I be ready for a whole classroom full of fresh Kindergarteners? Will I be able to keep them on track enough to teach them so they can succeed? Is my classroom organized in a way that it can stay organized the entire school year? YES. The answer is YES. Yes, you heard that right. I have been teaching for 8 years. I taught 2nd grade for 1 year and then accepted a position teaching Kindergarten and have never looked back! I teach Kindergarten because I love it. I love the eagerness of my students to learn while still having a desire to play. I love how overly excited they all get when something finally clicks in their head. It is an amazing feeling!
